Return & Refund Policy – Sundae Watches (Sangam Enterprises)

At Sundae Watches, operated by Sangam Enterprises, all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases of genuine issues, we offer a limited 2-day return window under the conditions outlined below.

RETURN WINDOW

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged in transit
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Sundae Watches. Our decision shall be final and binding.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return:

  • A clear unboxing video (start to finish, without cuts) is mandatory
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact
  • No scratches, resizing, wear marks, or alterations should be present
  • All free items / bundled products must be returned together

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the return request without exception.

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind / dislike of product
  • Minor color or design variation (due to screen differences)
  • Size or fit issues
  • Products without unboxing video proof
  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery
  • Sale / Discounted / Scratch & Dent products – strictly non-returnable

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Raise Request

Submit your return request within 48 hours of delivery via our support channel.

Step 2: Review

Our team will review the request within 24–48 working hours.

Step 3: Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping

  • If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (serviceable locations only)
  • In non-serviceable areas, the customer must self-ship the product at their own risk and cost

Step 4: Secure Packaging

  • Product must be packed in original packaging or equivalent secure packaging
  • If original packaging is missing, a ₹99 deduction will apply
  • Any damage during transit due to poor packaging will result in rejection

QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL

  • All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection
  • If the product fails inspection, it will be sent back to the customer
  • No refund / exchange will be processed in such cases

REFUND POLICY

Approved returns will be processed as:

  • Store Credit (Primary Method)
  • Exchange (subject to availability)
  • Monetary refund (only in exceptional cases, at company discretion)

For monetary refunds:

  • A ₹75–₹150 deduction may apply towards logistics and handling

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval

STORE CREDIT TERMS

  • Valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Must be used in a single transaction
  • Cannot be split or combined with other offers
  • Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Sundae Watches is not responsible for damages during self-shipping
  • In case of disputes, company verification via video and QC report will be final
  • Repeated return requests from the same customer may be restricted or declined

RIGHT TO REFUSE

Sangam Enterprises reserves the absolute right to:

  • Reject any return request that does not meet policy conditions
  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
  • Limit or block returns from accounts showing misuse patterns
