2011年，甬商置业的28位香港“宁波帮”集资在宁波东部新城，建立一座办公及居住大楼，称为《紫荆汇》

深化香港、澳门与长三角高新产业、创新科技、经贸、金融、文化、艺术、教育的国际交流合作。参与宁波‘现代海上丝绸之路新篇章’的发展、港澳甬商互联互通佈局等发展项目
位置
紫荆汇馆位置优越，座落在宁波东部新城，东面看杨木碶河，周边围绕着宁波行政管理中心、金融中心及商业中心
狮子山下咖啡厅
提供亚洲简单餐饮，提供智慧网路，国际品牌咖啡。“狮子山下”的 精神，代表着努力不懈，勤奋拼搏的精神。
LION ROCK CAFE
It offers international food: Quick, light and delicious. It offers digital stations and imported coffees. Lion Rock spirit represents the “can do” hard working spirit of Hong Kong.
酒龙湾
由一楼大堂直通酒龙湾，环境丰有诗坛酒韵，皆有中国文化，又有洋酒珍藏。酒龙湾亦提供欧洲佳肴。场地内设有大银幕，可用于会议或其他活动。
KOWLOON BAY
It provides an ambience of Chinese poetries mixed with modernity. With the LED wall and 80 persons capacity, it is ideal for small talks, presentations, jazz concerts and other functions. It also provides western delicacies.
紫荆厅
紫荆宴会厅可容纳200人。设有动态大银幕，东面看杨木碶河，景色宜人；是婚宴及寿宴选地。提供有香港特色的粤菜。另有12间包厢，装置香港优美天然景色，显出香港享有75%绿化。
BAUHINIA HALL
It offers a banquet venue with a capacity for 200 guests, with a wonderful view of the city and the Yangmuqi River on the East side. The Hall is ideal for birthday and wedding banquets. The 12 private dinning rooms are decorated with murals of the stunning nature of Hong Kong, which make up 75% of Hong Kong.
