Dayli Deli was born from a simple problem: we love good food, but we were tired of choosing between taste and health.

So we started in the most honest test kitchen we knew – our own home. We took Indian comfort flavours, gym-friendly macros, and ingredients your grandmother would recognise, then built recipes that are high in protein, fibre-forward, and low on junk.

We are not a “diet brand”. We are a cravings brand – we just happen to be obsessed with nutrition labels.

What "100% natural" means for us

When we say 100% natural, it’s not marketing. It’s a rulebook we actually follow in our kitchen:

No preservatives

We don't use shelf-life enhancers or chemical stabilisers. Our products are small-batch and meant to be consumed fresh or within a reasonable time frame.

No refined sugar, no jaggery

Both sugar and jaggery are high-GI, calorie-dense sweeteners. We avoid them entirely and use monk fruit and naturally sweet ingredients instead, so you get sweetness without the sugar crash.

No maida or regular wheat flour

Our cookies are built on millets (jowar, ragi), oats, and besan – ingredients that are naturally higher in fibre and more blood-sugar-friendly compared to refined flour.

Real fats, not fake fats

We use ghee, cocoa butter, peanut butter, nuts, and dairy – fats that your body knows how to handle. No hydrogenated oils.

Short, clean ingredient lists

If an ingredient doesn’t add nutrition, stability, or real flavour, it doesn’t go in.

If it needs a chemistry degree to pronounce, it doesn’t enter our kitchen.
