Dayli Deli was born from a simple problem: we love good food, but we were tired of choosing between taste and health.
So we started in the most honest test kitchen we knew – our own home. We took Indian comfort flavours, gym-friendly macros, and ingredients your grandmother would recognise, then built recipes that are high in protein, fibre-forward, and low on junk.
We are not a “diet brand”. We are a cravings brand – we just happen to be obsessed with nutrition labels.
What "100% natural" means for us
When we say 100% natural, it’s not marketing. It’s a rulebook we actually follow in our kitchen:

No preservatives
We don't use shelf-life enhancers or chemical stabilisers. Our products are small-batch and meant to be consumed fresh or within a reasonable time frame.

No refined sugar, no jaggery
Both sugar and jaggery are high-GI, calorie-dense sweeteners. We avoid them entirely and use monk fruit and naturally sweet ingredients instead, so you get sweetness without the sugar crash.

No maida or regular wheat flour
Our cookies are built on millets (jowar, ragi), oats, and besan – ingredients that are naturally higher in fibre and more blood-sugar-friendly compared to refined flour.

Real fats, not fake fats
We use ghee, cocoa butter, peanut butter, nuts, and dairy – fats that your body knows how to handle. No hydrogenated oils.

Short, clean ingredient lists
If an ingredient doesn’t add nutrition, stability, or real flavour, it doesn’t go in.
If it needs a chemistry degree to pronounce, it doesn’t enter our kitchen.

Cafe Mocha Protein Shake
For coffee + chocolate lovers. All the mocha café vibe, but with whey protein, monk fruit, and cold milk instead of sugar syrups.
Irani Chai Protein Shake
Hyderabadi Irani chai meets protein shake. Strong tea decoction, a hint of cocoa, monk fruit, and whey – comfort flavour with gym-friendly macros.
Millet Jeera Methi Cookies
Crisp, savoury cookies made with jowar, ragi, oats, besan, jeera, and kasuri methi – no maida, no wheat flour, and no refined sugar. Great as a tea snack or office munchies.
Millet Chocolate Cookies
Chocolatey, millets-based cookies with jowar, ragi, oats, peanut butter, and cocoa. High in fibre, no maida, and sweetened without refined sugar.
High-Protein Chocolate Mousse
A rich, spoonable chocolate mousse built on boiled eggs, milk, cocoa, Greek yogurt, and honey – high in protein, with real ingredients and no cream or sugar syrups.
Almond Rocks
Crunchy roasted almonds coated in a rich chocolate shell made with cocoa, cocoa butter, monk fruit, and milk powder. No compound chocolate, no sugar, no preservatives.

Today, Dayli Deli serves protein-rich shakes, millets-based cookies, chocolate mousse, and almond rocks that actually fit into your fitness and everyday lifestyle goals – not fight against them.
Why we avoid preservatives
Most packaged snacks stay “fresh” for months because of preservatives and stabilisers. They:
- Can alter gut microbiome over time
- Often come with high-sodium or high-sugar formulations
- Encourage over-consumption because "it keeps anyway"
At Dayli Deli, we design for a realistic shelf life, not forever. That lets us keep ingredient lists clean and closer to home-made food.
Why we don't use sugar or jaggery
Both sugar and jaggery:
- Are high in calories and carbohydrates
- Spike blood glucose and insulin
- Add sweetness without adding meaningful micronutrients (jaggery has some minerals, but in tiny amounts relative to sugar load)
At Dayli Deli, we design for a realistic shelf life, not forever. That lets us keep ingredient lists clean and closer to home-made food.
Why no maida or wheat flour
Refined flour (maida) is:
- Low in fibre
- Quickly digested (high glycaemic index)
- Easy to over-eat
Even regular wheat flour is still heavy on carbs and relatively light on protein and fibre compared to:
- Jowar & Ragi – millets with better fibre and micronutrient profiles
- Oats – high in soluble fibre (beta-glucan)
- Besan – higher in protein and fibre than wheat
Our cookies rely on millets, oats, and besan so every bite actually does some work for your body.
The Indian diet problem – high carbs, low protein & fibre
Most Indian plates are:
- Carb-heavy: rice, chapati, poha, idli, dosa, snacks
- Protein-light: a small serving of dal/curd/paneer, not enough to hit daily needs
- Fibre-deficient: polished grains + low vegetable intake
Result: We feel full, but we’re not necessarily nourished. Energy is high, but protein and fibre – the two levers that help with fat loss, muscle retention, and cravings control – are often too low.
