Founded by Aaron Evans, Zendra HR was established with a clear and compelling purpose: To support organisations that serve people, by strengthening their teams, aligning their culture, and guiding their workforce strategy with care and commercial insight.

Aaron brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across the Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, and broader Community Services Sectors. His career has included senior roles in National and State-based organisations with complex operational portfolios, including Lifeline MWS and Emerging Futures Collaborative. In addition to his leadership within not-for-profit and health-focused environments, Aaron has developed strong working relationships with religious orders and congregations, including his more recent work with the Sisters of St Joseph—supporting them through times of transition, growth, and cultural renewal.

This blend of human-centred leadership, frontline workforce understanding, and commercial acumen forms the backbone of Zendra HR’s approach.
