In most cases, you will receive the diagnostic results within 1-2 days. If your PC or Mac has extensive liquid or physical damage, please allow up to 4 days for diagnostics.
We offer fixed, per-incident pricing. Most services are completed within 2-3 days. If specific parts need to be ordered, the timeframe can be longer.
We also understand some clients prefer hassle free on-site service without having to bring the computer or mobile device to us. We offer pickup and delivery for an additional fee depending on your location.
Pricing
We offer mobile and on-site service. Sometimes we will need to bring the device into our repair shop to properly diagnose and perform services.
In most cases, you will receive the diagnostic results within 8-12 hours. If your PC or Mac has extensive liquid or physical damage, please allow up to 72 hours for diagnostics.
We offer fixed, per-incident pricing. Most in-store services are completed within 2-3 days. A diagnostic fee of $79 is charged to examine your device. Fee is waived if repairs are approved.
We fully understand the need to have your PC, Mac, or mobile device back in action as soon as possible. For an additional rush fee, some repairs or services can be expedited. Our techs work 6 days a week. In certain cases, such as liquid or physical damage, we must order multiple rounds of parts, so the repair time is longer.
