7. Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice).
- Unboxing Evidence: Customers are required to record a clear video while opening the package. In case of damage, wrong, or missing items, this evidence must be shared with us to process the return or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized, customized, or perishable products cannot be returned unless they are received in damaged or defective condition.
- Gift cards, sale items, and digital products are non-returnable.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (along with unboxing evidence), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@thegiftswrap.com.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product).
