At Bonheurs, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible.

- Other EU countries: Free delivery on all orders above 200 €
- Orders below these thresholds: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country
- Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: Usually 2–5 business days within the EU
- Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We hope you love your Bonheurs pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
- In case of damaged or defective products, we provide a full refund and a free return label

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed.
Once an RA number is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund. Securely pack items and send them using an insured carrier:
