Terms of Sale, Returns and Allergen Policy

By purchasing from Honeycroft, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Information & Allergens

Our products are handmade in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. While care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, traces of allergens may remain. Customers with allergies should contact us before purchasing.
Product photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability, though slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our goods.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Orders are processed securely through Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal.
• Please review order details carefully — changes may not be possible once production has begun.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across Australia using trusted postal and courier partners.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary, particularly during peak periods.
• Once dispatched, Honeycroft is not responsible for postal delays or damage caused in transit.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our goods are perishable, refunds or returns for change of mind are not available.
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
• Items arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect; and
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the issue.

To lodge a claim, email honeycroft@zendra.com.au with your order number and details.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed due to the handmade production process.

6. Liability

Honeycroft’s liability is limited to replacement or refund as permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including allergic reactions where ingredients have been clearly disclosed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled within that jurisdiction.
